Our cowgirl, ballerina and Minnie Mouse had a festive Halloween weekend. Elizabeth and Megan's classes held Halloween parties and we were fortunate again this year that our neighbors embraced the spooky holiday. About 40 families participated in trick-or-treating and gathered afterwards for a potluck dinner. The only downside was that Emily developed a cough yesterday and by this afternoon had a fever to go along with it so her Halloween activities were limited to a few stops for treats before heading home. It appears she has taken over for Elizabeth and is now our designated vacation/holiday sickie.

Singapore has already started displaying Christmas decorations, which I guess makes perfect sense since they don't even have to pretend to wait until after Thanksgiving here. For the time being, the girls will focus on eating all that delicious candy.
